Shipping Information

Orders are normally shipped within one business day. Standard shipping is via UPS Ground or equivalent service, and items usually arrive within 3 - 7 business days. Your order may be shipped in multiple packages.

Return Policy

We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with the quality of our products. If you have a problem with an order, call our toll free Support Center. Defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt for replacement or refund, at our discretion. Other returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Unless defective, products which have been opened or used may not be returned. Use the Customer Service form on this page or call our toll-free support line at 1-877-770-5500 to obtain a return authorization and instructions before sending items to us. We will not accept merchandise sent to us without a return authorization.
